Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Aterro Studio, every item is custom-printed to order just for you. Before ordering, please review the size chart on each product listing. This helps us minimize environmental waste and unnecessary exchanges.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Not completely satisfied? Contact our support team at aterrostudio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and let us know if you're requesting a return or size exchange.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll replace it free of charge. Email us a clear photo of the issue along with your order number, and we'll send a replacement right away.

Returns & Exchanges on Non-Damaged Items

You cover the return shipping cost to our facility. Once we review your request, we'll provide an authorized return address. Do not use the return address on your shipping package, items sent there go to an automated sorting warehouse and may be lost.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your account.
